I was working out at a small facility for over a year not really seeing any changes that I was hoping for. I was putting in a 100% never missing a class and pushing myself every time. After getting frustrated looking the same I finally gave personal training a chance with Lucas Training.
I was at first intimidated by free weights and muscle but I was misinformed...I went in with an open mind and thought what can it hurt? Donny not only taught me form but how to lift properly to get the most out of each workout. Teaching me about which muscles I am working on and where I need to improve. He is very caring and attentive to what I need and knows how far he needs to push me. And encourages and motivates me to do better.
After 1 1/2 years of training with Donny, I have leaned out and felt better and healthier than I did when I was in my twenties. I've dropped 4 sizes. I don't desire the foods that I once craved. Working out is now part of my life and I owe it all to him. I'm stronger mentally and physically.
