MEET THE COACH

Donny Lucas has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. He's been trained by some of the best trainers in the area. Worked with all types of athletes from baseball, football, fitness competitors to the average joe looking to live a healthier lifestyle. His clients range in age from 11-71 years of age. His keys to success are being dependable, flexible, and motivating to his clients, they know when they schedule an appointment he'll be on time if not early.

The youngest of 5 children, he's learned to be tough, determined, and focused on the success of others. He has a beautiful daughter, Landry, who is 9 years old.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, reading, watching baseball, basketball, and football.....He enjoys the beach when time allows him to go. In the fitness industry, you never take a day off!
